Customizing "Multiple Layouts" feature

For the component "Multiple Layouts" the following elements are customizable:

• Multiple Map Layouts
  - enables or disables adding multiple map layouts functionality.

• Show Message about MapLogic Installed
  - allows to enable messages about MapLogic installations if they were previously disabled.

Changes are applied upon closing the Options dialog.
