Customizing "Weighted Thiessen Polygons" tool

For the component "Weighted Thiessen Polygons" the following element is customizable:

• Expand extent
  - prescribes to expand output Thiessen polygons extent so that input points always get inside output polygons.

Changes are applied upon closing the Options dialog.
