Customizing "Layer Properties" dockable window

For the "Layer Properties" dockable window the following elements are customizable:

• Dockable Window Enabled
  - enables or disables the Layer Properties dockable window as a whole.

• Feature Layer Properties
  - enables or disables groups of feature layer properties, disabled properties are not tracked and not shown in the Layer Properties dockable window.

• Raster Layer Properties
  - enables or disables groups of raster layer properties, disabled properties are not tracked and not shown in the Layer Properties dockable window.

• Group Layer Properties
  - enables or disables groups of group layer properties, disabled properties are not tracked and not shown in the Layer Properties dockable window.

Changes are applied upon closing the Options dialog.
