Cutoff distance
Cutoff distance is a maximum distance between polygons at which center lines will be created. As such, it should always be greater than 0.
For example, using a smaller value for this parameter you can avoid unnecessary center lines across squares, parking areas etc. when creating streets between building polygons. Therefore, the cutoff distance should be carefully selected depending on the input data and task.
